You know I have always responded to your eve-mails, letting you know the exact details and yet this time you do not even have the courtesy to bother asking first.
You have absolutely no idea what has gone on.
The isk, according to tommy, was returned to his account, and then removed by a GM. We didn't demand he say sorry, we returned all of his roles, access to corp wallets and assets, access that was only removed initially because he had given his account details out to another party.
Everyone is at fault here, most of all everyone who did anything without coming to me first, and letting us sort it out. If he had, I guarantee he would have got his isk back if I had to give it to him myself and kick everyone else involved. Instead he petitioned and CCP stepped in. Another corp member and his wife had their 6 accounts banned for 30 days as a result of his actions, and still I called equal fault and as far as I was concerned it was over. There are no winners here, only losers.
Tommy has been a member of AFY for 2 years and almost 3 months. He is a valued member of AFY, there is no ones word I would take above his, but all I have him telling me is that he petitioned, got 8 accounts banned and he tells me CCP took the isk. What exactly are we supposed to do ?
I know he is a young kid who has difficulty seeing, and I assure you we have been incredibly understanding of his position.
I have answered your eve-mails with very long and detailed eve-mails only to be told that 'you never answered' and then 'I know you gave a long reply' etc.
Sharing account details is against the EULA, and on advice of his 'friends' like you, he petitioned and as a result lost all the isk. I put the blame squarely on you. If he came to me first it would have been sorted, but I cannot undo what CCP does, he broke the rules and you told him to tell CCP that he broke the rules. That ends all avenues for sorting things out ingame, by the time I found out all of their accounts were banned. Not much you can do from that.
This incident happened over 6 weeks ago, and everyone involved is still in corp, people are quite welcome to leave and bad mouth us, but it cannot be as bad as you make out if they choose to stay no ?

There's an easier way ... CCP should have banned all of you. :)
Also, i love how everyone from ASY is upset that they had no fun for 30d because they were making no isk. :)
